Open Secrets is petitioning the National Prosecuting Authority to prosecute a South African man for allegedly aiding and abetting the Rwandan genocide. In its report, Open Secrets alleges that in 1994 – in the middle of the Genocide – the man facilitated an arms deal on behalf of one of the architects of the genocide.
